Let’s keep the pace with our practice with some private, ONE TO ONE SESSIONS, based on your needs, level, goals, or favourite asanas!
45 minutes classes in Italian or English.
Connect via Zoom from your home.
You can choose to have your camera turned off and just speak to me.
You can choose to have your camera turned on if you prefer to receive my suggestions and adjustments.
Classes are discounted for the next 2 weeks.
