90′ RESTORATIVE YOGA PRACTICE WITH HANG DRUM

Do you need one more moment to chill before the big start? Luca Gallamini will play his Hang drum during our 90 minutes’ restorative practice. The 432Hz frequency is connected to Anahata Chakra, the chakra of the heart. The practice will be smooth and energetic, focused on the openings, to help you feel ready and energized for a great new start! 

Loud is a Photo studio in a hidden courtyard in Trastevere. There is a changing room, a toilet, a comfy tatami floor. All props are provided.
